Patek Philippe: there's more

I've never dealt with Brinkhaus Vancouver before, but I've been told by a Canadian AD that their "Patek guy" (who has been officially trained by Patek) has a level 3 qualification. In other words, he can work on complications such as annual calendars, travel time, moon phase, etc. He CANNOT work on
