Relatively small and they are over loaded with back logs of yet to be produced pieces and that will effect the servicing eventually But so as big brands one of which is PATEK PHILIPPE for example where servicing can reach at sometimes 6 months As long as ...

Sorry to here about your disappointment with RM aftersales, Any watch repair/service should not be judged on speed alone, especially complicated movements such as RM. I would much rather have the work done correctly, to work on such movements cannot be do...

My Patek was gone 4 months when t had issues, and my Blancpain was gone for 6 months. Almost two months wasted on customs clearance and transport.... Sounds like RM is not so bad when you consider how complicated they can be mechanically. Rushwarp

Regular PP with moonphase, nothing difficult. Customs kept asking for different papers, and then when it got there it was vacation.... Yadda, yadda... Much better to have a repair center in your own country. Was at that time working in Sweden... Cheers, R...

Jeff - sorry to hear of the problems...

Lets face it, for the price point, this should not happen. However, as mechanical machines, such machines require periodic adjustment. Those who claim they do not, I would argue that the length of period is as yet unknown! But servicing, by most high end ...

I wouldn't say the aftersales service is bad...

 By: HPoirot : August 6th, 2013-19:02
though i'm really sorry to hear about your problems and delays. That sounds like a pretty usual average servicing time for a higher end watch. In my mind, bad after sales service means snooty reps, and poor response. And so far my experiences with their s...

Jeff I'm sorry you have two watches in for repair. My experience with Richard Mille Was excellent. For me speed is only one factor. The communication and updates and deliver on time as promised is more important to me. What I hate is the black hole you ge...

Case refresh costs

 By: Conkers : August 20th, 2013-07:10
Can anyone give me a rough idea of the cost of a case refresh for a titanium RM011 please. No major damage, just a good polish required and bezel edges need sharpening. Thanks in advance!

MY RM11 Ceramic

 By: Horology75 : September 5th, 2013-10:43
Hi, I Had similar experiences whereby i had given my RM11 Ceramic went in for case replacement, from an estimate of 6 weeks it came back after 3 months and much to my disappointment the strap was not replaced nor the push buttons were cleaned or serviced....

Ceramic?

 By: Conkers : September 6th, 2013-03:38
Hi Ovi, 3 months for a case replacement (the whole case?) doesn't sound too bad compared to my experiences with other brands, but can you tell me which is the ceramic RM011 please? I didn't realise one existed in ceramic.
