Complaining about RM service

hi guys ,

sorry to write this again ...

I got problem with my RM 011 . and watch need servicing . because watch stop working.

then , i send in the watch around 2 months ago ( approx August 2013 ). 

i know that i bought this watch pre owned. not new from boutique or AD. but , the paper said still underwarranty.

the problem is . only to get quotation , just yesterday . it means i wait 2 months on nothing ?? then , have to wait another 2 -3 months for finish service ?

what do u think guys ?
