The Completed Watch.

Feb 21, 2007,21:07 PM

To complete the RM010, the cases arrive from Donzé Baume, and the watch is completed at Montres Valigne. While some might argue that the new movement did not need a new case size, I am no longer sure about that. The case now has the same exact dimensions as the RM003 and despite the increased size, the curvature allows the watch to fit snuggly against the wrist. Personally, and despite my own doubts, I like the fuller and larger case.

Fabulous, Andrew. Many thanks. Once again, you bring to life the unique quality and design of this brand—beyond the genealogy, and beyond the craft and work-(wo)manship of the movement and case. I continue to think that RM pieces are addictive: I return t...
