Bearing in mind that Swatches sink, what do we think will happen?...........

I'm guessing the RM27 sinks [nt]

Hate to say it, or even see it happen, but I would imagine that

You can see by the impact upon the water how light it truly is by the minute ripples it caused upon impact but oh sh**, there appear to be bubbles...... Any body want to change their minds before the next pic.......

splash....

Cool test. They should have added this float in water feature in the press release. Cheers, Anthony

That is a cool shot - I guess that there is sufficient

buoyancy in the case versus weight in the watch and strap to allow it to float. Nice experiment and proved me wrong. Still not sure I would have done something like that if it was my RM027. But thanks for trying it on our behalf! Andrew H

Soooo cooool!! Huge congrats again.. [nt]

You won't lose it if it accidentally came off in the water.

Thanks Da guru...

I'd heard about this experiment in a watch boutique, but didn't know the results until coming across this thread today. Awesome work, Da Guru! Would be nice to see a close-up side-on shot...in an aquarium or something next time ?! ;-) Anyway, kudos !

Thanks man. Shark cage next!
