In fact....

I don't wish to pee on anyones parade, as I have such an RM008 with the newer style case but the cases themselves quite apart from the different angle AND actually different placement of the pushers, don't seem as sturdy or quite as well made as the older versions.

Having designed and manufactured watches before, this could be for a number of reasons such as the old manufacturer has put up their prices or because the older style cases don't work with the v2 base plates OR (and this could be nearer the mark) it could actually only be related only to the titanium versions....

Does anyone have a v2 18k or even plat rm004 / 008 so we can compare???

RM have recently changed case manufacturers. The originals, or older versions, seem to have parallel push pieces where as the newer cases have pushers that look like more of an afterthought in that they are at more of an angle, making them seem not as wel...

That 'new' RM008 what year does that hail from?... The piece by the crown which goes underneath the 2,3,4 is still two pieces, were as on the later RM004's it was changed to a single piece..see this thread:- richardmille.watchprosite.com = Presuming that ...

That Mab's new 004 also has the two piece bit...now I dont really understand, would seem that it isnt necassarily an upgrade if the new watches dont have it..unless it is really only very recent...anyone seen a brand new 004/008?...does it have a one piec...

You can see from the picture below that whilst the pushers of the 2x titanium complications look a bit like goofy teeth, that it's not in fact an 'old case' thing v a 'new case thing' as although the watch below doesn't have the carbon plate (no v2 008s h...

P.S Pic above is 18K WG 008! [nt]
