1. Send it to your nearest AP Service Center. They will provide a quote and let you know what they recommend to restore the condition.
2. Keep the piece and continue to enjoy it until perhaps it requires a regular movement service. At this time, you can address the cosmetic issues. Of course, it it is ready for a movement service (that piece has been out for a few years), maybe do it now with Option 1.
There is no option 3, which sadly many collectors learn the hard way (letting a non-AP watchmaker try to polish the watch). That never produces proper results.

Based on the picture you showed, it seems to me that the glass is scratched. That can't be polished and needs to be replaced. The bezel can be polished , however,. I would reckon he overall cost would set you back about 1k Singapore Dollars based on my ex...
