Patek Philippe: Neither PP nor Lange

Dear all, Thank you for giving thoughts on my previous dilemma. I finally pulled the trigger on a Richard Mille RM30 instead. Yes, its way off the original choices but life does throw a curve ball now and then. Didn't know I missed my carbon RM that much. Regards, Illufa

Patek Philippe: Tough choice

Hi Langeholic, I too am a Patek and Lange lover. My first "expensive" watch that I lusted after was the Lange 1 that I got in 2003 and still keeps. I had a Datograph before and love the movement. Patek Philippe: 5980 vs 5990

Dear purists, I am currently thinking of acquiring a new watch. I am considering a Lange (Datograph Up/Down) or a Patek (5980/5990). My question is if the Patek, would you guys recommend the 5980 or 5990? Thoughts on the Pateks will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Regards, ILLUFA

Hi all, I am being offered the chance to purchase a good condition 5004 in YG. As this watch is rarely transacted, can anyone tell me the price range of this particular model? If its not allowed to disclose prices in the forum, you can PM me instead. Thanks in advance. HS

Richard Mille: Received watch

Dear all, I have finally received my watch last week. That's a good 9 months since I put it in. The final explanation was that my watch's movement was updated and the center case was replaced. These are in addition to the regular servicing. This is why it took so long. In the end, I am glad to get b

Richard Mille: response to mjnoumoff and others

Dear mjnoumoff, Yes I agree with you that watch companies take varying time to repair or service watches. I have experience servicing PP5712, Lange 1, Breguet Tradition and AP ROO. These took about 3 months except for my Lange which took 4 months. This was because the crown came off and needed to be
