Had the black croc on my PG RM, felt that is the nicest strap on a RM

I'm only familiar with the kevlar strap, and I bet most RM owners have never changed straps before. Would be nice to hear your experience with these varous RM straps. Cheers, AT

The great thing about the newer straps is that all of them are much more durable and nicely made. The old ones had a problem with the "toungue" piece which either wobbled inside the strap or broke. Once you get used to changing the strap, it's almost as e...

especialy how the insides all have the very fine grain skin... im guessing to achieve this they are painted sides rather than wrapped? or are they wrapped and they just apply a different skin to the back? i also notice im guessing the rubber is a short? l... 

The croc straps have wrapped edges.

It's the Kevlar: 1. Looks better than Leather, rubber, or anything else. 2. Can be submerged in water like rubber 3. Is very tough - I can almost see the strap outlasting the watch! Eric von Schonberg
