no problem with RM004 - excellent customer service!

I'm happy to report that there is no problem with my RM004.  It was in service most recently to take care of a fairly minor problem where sometimes the watch would stop when the seconds were split and the running second hand was about to pass the 12.  This problem would only occur when the power reserve was mainspring tension was below the optimal range indicated on the dial.  I was very happy with the customer service.  Richard Mille fixed it for free under the warranty.

Please embellish...dont quite know what you mean about negativity round here, I have recently only read praise for the RM customer serivce, and indeed yes what happened to your 004?
