I am as curious as anyone else how this will effect the perception and "market prices" of the -005. I have already heard anecdotal evidence that some "hoarding" and urgent "get 'em while they're still available" behaviour, similar to that which happens whenever Patek announces the discontinuence of a popular model, is occurring.

Whether this is spot speculation or is sustainable remainds to be seen.

I'm about to pull the trigger on an entry level RM, which is ofcourse, the 005. Since I have not seen the RM10 in person, how much larger is it compared to the 005? Should I just go with the RM005 or should I get the RM10?
