Happy with my RM004

I'm one of the people who posted having a problem with my RM004. But, I understand it has a complex movement and that sometimes it is necessary for it to go back for service. I have spoken with my AD and the distributor in the USA and everyone has been helpful. Plus, I understand it will be back in my hands in early December. I have every reason to believe that it will be fixed completely and not need further service.
