the responsibilities of this awful behaviour are the most of the customers, happy and glad to wait a number of months to get their watches serviced...and pay a lot of money,too
I know a collector that send his nautilus to Patek to shorten the bracelet:
10 months, for an operation that needs 2 minutes.
He was so happy because PP put so many care and time in doing that ... shame on him!!!
The RM004 is probably at the R&P facilities, in august they have a couple of weeks off (Papi is used to come to Italy ) and they have a lot of work, from creating to servicing, that's why it takes so long...but none of you focused the right issue IMHO
How can be possibile that a pushers drop off? How many RM 004 are manufactured per year?
I think that every maison does not pay much attention in QC because of their policy, if it doesn't work they will fix it in the time that will be needed, the important thing is selling the watch
I know so many collectors disappointed (me too) that i could write a book of the horrorology
